Terms of sale
Version of 11.10.2026. These terms are governed by Polish law. A Polish-language version is available on the Regulamin page.
§1 General
1. The online shop at https://stronatestowa.maszit.pl (the “Shop”) is operated by [FILL IN: nazwa], registered office: [FILL IN: adres], VAT ID (NIP): [FILL IN: nip], REGON: [FILL IN: regon], [FILL IN: krs] (the “Seller”). Contact: e-mail [FILL IN: email], phone [FILL IN: telefon].
2. These terms set out the rules for using the Shop, placing orders, payment, delivery, withdrawal from the contract and complaints, and the rules for electronic services.
3. “Consumer” means a natural person acting for purposes not directly related to their business or profession.
§2 Electronic services
The Seller provides these free electronic services: browsing the catalogue; placing orders (cart and checkout); a customer Account (sign-in with your e-mail address and a one-time code); a contact form; and a newsletter (only with your consent). You may delete your Account or withdraw newsletter consent at any time by e-mailing [FILL IN: email]. The Seller may terminate an Account for serious reasons (e.g. breach of these terms) with 14 days’ notice.
§3 Technical requirements
You need a device with internet access, a current browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari or Edge) with JavaScript and the cookies necessary for the cart enabled, and an active e-mail address.
§4 Orders and contract
1. You place an order by selecting goods, entering contact and delivery details, choosing delivery and payment, and clicking “Order and pay”. Placing an order obliges you to pay the price.
2. The sales contract is concluded when the Seller sends an order confirmation to your e-mail address. The Seller may refuse an order for serious reasons, e.g. an obvious price error, and will then refund any payment immediately.
§5 Prices and payment
Prices are in Polish zloty (PLN) and include VAT. Delivery costs are shown before you place your order. Payments are processed by [FILL IN: platnosci]. Orders are shipped after payment is received; unpaid orders may be cancelled after 3 days.
§6 Delivery
Orders are shipped within [FILL IN: dni] business days of payment via [FILL IN: kurierzy], to the addresses available at checkout. Please inspect the parcel in the courier’s presence and report any damage.
§7 Right of withdrawal
1. A Consumer may withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving a reason, counted from the day the goods are delivered. It is enough to send your statement before the deadline to [FILL IN: email] or by post. You may use the model form below, but you do not have to.
2. We refund all payments, including the standard delivery cost, within 14 days of receiving your statement, using the original payment method. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or proof of return.
3. Send the goods back within 14 days of withdrawing to: [FILL IN: zwroty]. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods and are liable for any reduction in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
4. The right of withdrawal does not apply in the cases listed in Article 38 of the Polish Consumer Rights Act (e.g. goods made to your specification). See also Returns & exchanges.
§8 Complaints
1. The Seller is liable to Consumers for lack of conformity of goods with the contract under Polish law for 2 years from delivery.
2. Send complaints to [FILL IN: email] or by post to [FILL IN: adres], with your order number, a description of the defect and your preferred remedy (repair, replacement, price reduction or withdrawal). We will respond within 14 days; if we do not, the complaint is deemed accepted.

§9 Out-of-court dispute resolution
Consumers may use out-of-court complaint and redress mechanisms, such as mediation or arbitration, or seek help from a municipal consumer ombudsman or consumer organisation. Information: uokik.gov.pl.

§11 Final provisions
Shop content is protected by law and may not be copied without permission. The Seller may amend these terms for serious reasons (e.g. change of law or offer); orders placed before a change are fulfilled under the previous terms. Polish law applies, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence.
