14-day returns

You may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving your parcel, without giving a reason. Send us a notice at [FILL IN: email] or by post to [FILL IN: adres]. A model form is at the end of the terms of sale (optional).

How to send an item back

1. E-mail us with your order number and tell us you would like to return the item.
2. Pack the item securely and include your order number.
3. Send the parcel to [FILL IN: zwroty] within 14 days of your notice.

Condition of the item

The item should be unworn, with tags attached and in its original packaging. You are liable for any reduction in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to check its nature and functioning (trying it on at home is fine, wearing it outside is not).

Refunds

We refund all payments, including standard delivery to you, within 14 days of receiving your notice, using the same payment method. We may withhold the refund until we receive the parcel or proof of return. Return shipping costs are paid by the buyer.

Size exchanges

Wrong size? E-mail us — if your size is in stock, we will ship the exchange once we receive your return.

Complaints

If an item is faulty or not as described, follow the procedure in the terms of sale (§8). We reply within 14 days.
